I don't know about you, but I enjoy feeling fresh and beautiful. How do I help achieve that? By preparing and eating fresh and beautiful foods. As you can see, I particularly enjoy fresh fruits, fresh juices, salads, smoothies and smoothie bowls whenever possible, always adding essential oils and super foods. Don't get me wrong, I do eat other foods, even the not so healthy ones, but like I said, whenever possible ;)
