Melissa, born and raised in Montreal, Quebec, Canada has lived a plethora of lives from being a hardcore practicing Roman Catholic, being a spirited leader in a charismatic group, participating in a beauty pageant, moving to the Philippines as a corporate expat, solo-backpacking to numerous countries, and then becoming a yoga instructor and a social entrepreneur within a farm. She is currently back in Montreal, as a Learning & Development Business Partner for the largest privately owned shipping company in the world, while also building her doTERRA business. Training, engaging and inspiring others is her jam.

Melissa is also a single mother to her two sons, Aragon Indra Aurelius (the golden spirited lion of freedom) and Haigan Iason Blasius (her strong defender and healer of truth). She does her best to spirit her children with as much love and light as possible.

She has no shame in thrifting. She believes using pre-loved items for both herself and her sons is environmentally friendly (and economical!!). She loves natural  products and makes her own with the use of essential oils and is a proud doTERRA rep. She does her best to eliminate her waste by using things like a reusable straw, cloth pads and a diva cup. In sum, she is mindful of both what she puts in and on her body and how it impacts the planet. BUT, let's just get one thing straight, she is far from perfect.

She may come off as a hippy to those who are not into yoga, crystals, chakras, essential oils, superfoods and goddesses, but she enjoys it all and is extremely fascinated by them. Each of these things have grown to be part of her healing journey throughout recent years as she was going through a rough patch in life. She hopes that her site resonates and inspires others in their own personal journeys. She deeply appreciates connecting with people profoundly and helping others heal naturally.
