Ten Ways to Use Peppermint

  1. Use a drop of peppermint, with lemon essential oil, in water for a healthy, refreshing mouthwash.

  2. Add to lip gloss for a natural and minty lip plumper.

  3. Unclog sinuses by diffusing or inhaling.

  4. Mix with lavender essential oil and a carrier oil to relieve achy joints.
