Ten Ways to Use Deep Blue

  1. Soothe sore and aching muscles by massaging the sore area with one or two drops

  2. Massage onto the shoulders and neck to relieve tension and stiffness

  3. Massage with a carrier oil into a childs' aching growing legs

  4. Apply directly to tired achy joints

  5. Rub onto muscles before and after workout to reduce discomfort

  6. Use with carrier oil for a deep tissue massage
